For liquids that do not permeate Virgin Teflon, we offer it bonded to an elastomeric backing. For your PTFE compatible applications we offer LDi FLEXFLON, which is PTFE that has been remelted and molded to provide flexibility without an elastomeric backing.
Housings are stainless, A20, or fluoro carbon pastomer lined.

LP Flexorber SoG - High impermeability M-TFE "FLEXFLON" diaphragm or Virgin PTFE "Teflon", with Stainless Steel etc. housing.

Single connection pulse dampeners are also available, but flow-thru is standard single connection is more costly. You can always take a 2 connection and use one & the other for system drain.

Pulsation Dampener Cushion Pre-fill Pressure and Installation

For volumetric flow fluctuation smoothing, 80% of line pressure.

For best results: Keep the distance between flow smoother and pump to no more than 10 pipe internal diameters.

To ensure that neither air nor gas bubbles collect & cause the pump to loose prime, install with liquid connection at the top.

For Suction Systems:

for suction systems install SoG dampener with the liquid connection at the top. For optimum performance ensure a straight line from the pump connection the diaphragm in the dampener.

For the Discharge of Pumps with horizontal connections:

for the discharge of pump with horizontal connections place the LP Flexorber on it's side
